Thumbs, Ivers, Mar, and I stormed Ironforge and Stormwind last night. As some have said before, "We didn't get dressed up for nothin'." Or, as Mar explained in guild chat when someone noticed where we were, "We ain't here for the coins." The battle raged from 2am to 5:30 am and the troops are weary and tired, but all you pansy civilians can rest easy now knowing the war is over and we won.
Evil will always triumph because good is dumb.

Forgot to mention, as a result SW and IF are now horde friendly zones. You can waltz right in and have your way with their women (or men, if that's your schtick.) Oh yah, and we punted all the gnomes out and replaced them with Teddy Ruxpins. They have better hygene.
DUDE! THAT IS SWEET! You guys took on Stormwind? Did you kill the racial leader? Was this a Fabled thing? That is awesome, were there any DK's? I always wanted to town raid but it sounds nonexistant these days. Banzai!
i liked the way we exited. with alliance crawling all over the station we had no choice but to rez on a tram as it left the station. heh, i wonder if they figured out how we escaped.
Hats off to you guys, you didn't need any guild's help to kick some allaince faces in. Can't wait to get to the point where be able to help you guys do it again.
I enjoy this sort of thing. The super late night is the best, since the population is low and you actually have a chance for a little fun.
I also figured out the best way to enrage unflagged players into fighting you. Jump the lowly lvl 28 who just flags himself for kicks, and his lvl 60 buddies will get pissed and stupid. Then you can hand them their asses, too.
I think in the end we were running into the early am EST crowd, and that's what did us in.
You saying It's not aonly an alliance/horde thing but an East coast/ west coast thing?
I always love running non raid groups.. It means my magic #4 key does NOTHING!! Thats my raiding trashmob healing macro.. if you have a healer and do raids.. I'd suggest it. I'll post it later. or whisper me in game for it.
