Make Wolf = Thumbs. Lots of great gear for him, and we need the tank. If I go dps mode (which I love in UBRS) we'll need two priests minimum to keep me alive, but I'm flexible. Wifi or Fabled alts/mains is a good idea.
Remember, even though UBRS is a 15 man cap, Blizz designed it for 10. (This is a point they covered in Blizzcon as a mistake they won't be making again.)
Could be Pig on tanking, with Wolf to kite the general. Or Thumbs to tank, with Guenter to kite. A mage or three could be really handy. Windsong on healing could free up Tat for a bit more DPS.

Wifi could make a 9th, though I know that some object to grouping with him.
Otherwise, I'm sure that we could fill out the rest of a run with Fabled alts.
