The CM's post is a better read to explain it, but in short, people will NEVER say shamen or druids heal just as good as a preist again. Faster heal times, better mana efficency, more usefull talents, better survivability.
Until Shammy fixes come in a future patch and we outheal you once again...
Seriously, this is a good thing. It means I can play my char more like a mixed class like it really is, and not just be a heal bot all the time.
On the other hand, aren't they also making a change in 1.10 that will cause players to roll an chance resist heals just like they do damage spells? If that's true, they'd *better* buff up priests to make up for that - it'll be a major blow.
Yeah it'll probably change once shammies get their review, but I'm glad bliz made them better healers, they originally said that the hybrids are supposed to be good, but not as good, this makes it true. Maybe you shamens will be more of a dps with buffs class now and you'll get to DPS with that plumber's mace you got a little more, Tat. :) As for Sasha Cohen, she coulda used a few heals herself.
