Hey remember how some of you had an extra talent point? Well apparently that was a bug and in order to fix it we all get to respec for free!

i had to respec. i lost piercing howl but have 5 points in tactical mastery.

the descriptions are a little vauge, is peircing howl all that good?
piercing howl slows down all creeps withing 7? 8? yards of you. it was good to use to gain hate and slow mobs if you know they're about to run off. it's an aoe hate i guess. i don't know if i made the right move of dumping that 1 extra point to tactical mastery or not (5 more rage when swapping stance vs slowing everyone around you).
