Not sure if you saw this priests, but there was a class specific quest added for you in 1.7. The trinket and ring might be nice items.

Could also try adding to your valor set. The shoulders drop off Rend (in UBRS.)

Hmm. I'd also suggest you go into the video options and scale your UI down as far as you can. Also consider puting raid/party/whisper into a separate window from guild/healer/MCchat.
