Introducing... Al Kindi

Tsuno wasn't hacking it as the guild druid, so I thought I better step in... I mean... The guild will be much more well rounded with another druid...

Al Kindi was THE Arab philosopher for many centuries and is widely considered to be the greatest philospher of that descendence. He was actively anti-alchemist (he didn't think you could "transmute" metels). While Al Khwarizmi developed much of algebra, Al Kindi made significant contributions to mathematics. He also made significant contributions to medicine (especially in determining the correct dosage of medicines). A polymath, he's considered to be one of history's greatest naturalists and thus in WoW (at least in Hyjal) he's a druid.

Anyway, if any of you folks have teenage characters, Tat and I were going to run WC or RFC on Sunday night. Wanna come?

Fumiko, I'm totally kidding, of course... but you knew that.

BTW, druids rock... I can't wait to get my cat form.

I have to make an appearance at a going-away BBQ. I'm hoping I can be back by 7 or 8, and we can roll from there.

LOL, bring Mar?? Hell, we might as well run WC if you do that. Better loots anwyay.

"he didn't think you could 'transmute' metels[sic]"
Clearly Alkindi never saw the magic I can work on an arcane crystal and a bar of thorium.

I too have a druid - Yetola, lvl 16. Yetola was a legendary Mayan porter - petroglyphs from the era spoke of his pockets "fountaining with all manner of wondrous things." He was also graced with mysterious wealth and could "conjure flaming leopards from his arse." =D

Sunday is good, I'm loaded with RFC quests, and I think it would be fun to run through with strictly lower level characters.
